Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing and hydraulics.
  • •Monitor all production areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
  • •Complete assigned work orders and required paperwork.
  • •Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance.
  • •Oversee the mechanical work of equipment and lead people toward achieving plant results.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling with a mechanical or electrical emphasis helpful.
  • •Technical schooling or coursework in mechanical or electrical fields is beneficial.
  • •Experience performing maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment; knowledge of building, mechanical and electrical trades.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English; strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • •Willingness to work 40+ hours per week and adhere to safety procedures (Lock-Out Tag-Out, etc.).
