Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise directly with customers to assess R&D eligibility and understand their business.
  • •Own the end-to-end claim process, including advance assurance, drafting, submission, and defending under enquiry.
  • •Translate real-world R&D claims experience into rules, checklists, and logic for an automated product.
  • •Identify necessary proof and documentation and design data capture to meet scrutiny requirements.
  • •Coordinate with other customer advisors (bookkeepers, lawyers, and tax experts) and explain R&D concepts to non-specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Meaningful hands-on experience with HMRC and/or IRS R&D claims, including defending claims under enquiry.
