Job Summary

Drive growth and profitability by prospecting and building relationships with business clients in the $2MM–$20MM market. Generate new deposits, business loans, treasury management services, and merchant solutions through active outreach and closing new opportunities. Develop and expand a network of centers of influence (COIs) such as CPAs, attorneys, and real estate professionals, while retaining and cross-selling to existing clients. Partner with Business Banking Client Service to deliver a seamless banking experience and manage credit policy risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively generate new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services, and other banking solutions.
•Meet with prospects to develop strong COI relationships and close new business opportunities to grow client base and revenue.
•Build and maintain a robust COI network (e.g., CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate agents) to drive referrals and business growth.
•Retain and manage clients in your portfolio by deepening relationships and cross-selling additional products and services.
•Collaborate with the Business Banking Client Service team and maintain compliance with credit policy while evaluating and mitigating risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of Business Banking experience.
•Proven business development experience generating and closing new business through prospecting.
•Established network of centers of influence (COIs) with the ability to grow it through engagement and networking events.
•Strong business development skills to build trust with prospects, clients, and professional partners.
•Formal credit training (preferred) and strong understanding of credit solutions.
