Oversee maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure housekeeping and soft services meet safety guidelines. Help manage contract service delivery against SLA/KPIs, prepare operational reporting, coordinate procurement and specialist contractors, and support staff training, meetings, and site visits to resolve service quality issues. Execute energy management and facility projects using market technologies and ROI-based proposals.
