AC Mechanical Engineer

Execute, supervise, and evaluate mechanical maintenance activities for process equipment at the La Barca distillery, ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient operations. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; inspect equipment; diagnose and repair mechanical failures; and run post-intervention tests. Coordinate work through the maintenance system, participate in plant shutdown activities, support KPI achievement, and contribute to Manex/quality systems and root-cause analyses to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
