Monitor products and infrastructure 24/7, detect, analyze, and escalate incidents affecting users or the business, and coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, support, and other technical teams to restore service. Maintain event logs and incident documentation, improve monitoring and alerting quality, and support technical investigations by analyzing root causes. Also guide non-technical teams on internal service behavior and technical processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor product and infrastructure systems 24/7.
•Detect, analyze, and escalate incidents impacting users or business.
•Collaborate with development, infrastructure, support, and other technical teams during incident resolution.
•Maintain event logs and document key incidents.
•Develop and support monitoring and alerting systems, and assist with technical investigations into root causes.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with Linux and confident use of the command line.
•Understanding of computer networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
•Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze technical issues.
•Basic SQL knowledge (writing SELECT queries).
•Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, with readiness for a rotating schedule (3/3, including nights).
