Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional service to each and every customer in a proactive and positive way.
  • •Work with Store Leader and team to achieve store targets and retail performance.
  • •Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems.
  • •Lead On’s community activity and future events.
  • •Create an inclusive experience by treating all customers with respect and staying aware of market trends and local competitors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; the combination of experience and education will be considered
