Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure adequate staffing of the retail sales department and raise concerns to the Branch Manager.
  • •Provide input on CSO performance and coach, mentor, and guide CSOs.
  • •Support the Branch Manager in implementing retail sales change initiatives and achieving sales targets.
  • •Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products; ensure retail sales performance meets KPI targets.
  • •Supervise CSO daily operations (including authorizations, daily meetings, and task assignment) while ensuring compliance and achieving NPS targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • •10 years relevant banking-sector experience with at least 5 years in progressively increasing managerial responsibilities within the branch network function.
  • •Achieve retail sales KPIs by customer segment.
  • •Support and coach CSOs to meet sales and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • •Ensure activities adhere to audit, risk, legal, and policy requirements.
