Key Responsibilities

  • •Build application packages into MECM and deploy to servers and workstations.
  • •Perform Windows OS installation, configuration, patching, and reporting using System Center Configuration Manager.

  • •Create, update, and maintain automated application deployment packages and installation scripts.
  • •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for day-to-day operations and support Tier 3 for enterprise issues.
