Job Summary

Build and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure and internal platform services that help engineers develop, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Lattice systems. Improve reliability, performance, availability, and maintainability through observability, CI/CD, and distributed-systems best practices. Partner with product engineering to turn recurring needs into scalable solutions, lead technical initiatives end-to-end, and mentor engineers while participating in on-call and incident response.

•Create reusable internal platform capabilities that improve how engineers build, deploy, and operate services.
•Work across AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems to support platform needs.
•Define and promote platform practices such as SLOs, monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness.
•Instrument, debug, and improve services and infrastructure; lead initiatives through delivery and adoption and participate in on-call and incident response.

Salary: CAD 123,750 - 165,000 annually
