HR Generalist

Provide generalist HR support to managers and employees at the Athy plant during a maternity leave period, serving as the first point of contact for site HR queries. Own plant-level HR procedures and policies, support disciplinary and grievance matters, and lead end-to-end recruitment and employee exit processes. Coordinate site training and development, manage HRIS data and HR metrics reporting, handle absence management, and support union relations, engagement initiatives, and site culture programs.
