•Oversee day-to-day operations of broker consultants and ensure efficient processes in place.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related Financial services field (Masters would be advantageous).
•QFA or CFP is essential.
•10+ years in distribution, with at least 5 years in broker relationship management within the Irish Life & Pension industry.
•5+ years in broker management and leadership of broker consultants.
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
