Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist seasoned Service Technicians with installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer locations, including identifying and diagnosing equipment issues.
  • •Deliver parts and tools to service job sites and support required on-site work under direction from the Service Team Lead.
  • •Perform minor maintenance of tools and shop equipment, and use small hand tools as needed for repairs.
  • •Maintain and organize shop/warehouse operations, ensure MSDS compliance, and log and track tools and equipment to/from job sites and record repairs.
  • •Support refrigerant cylinder recovery and maintenance, operate a forklift as necessary, and continually enforce safety and security/accountability of company assets.
