Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with cluster stakeholders to develop yearly procurement plans and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • •Prepare Request for Expression of Interest/pre-qualification materials, evaluate unpriced commercial aspects, and manage bidders lists.
  • •Examine scope of work information for completeness and consistency and prepare comprehensive ITT packages using standard forms.
  • •Support the tender process: attend pre-tender meetings, arrange site visits, prepare recommendations for award and Letter of Award, and handle bidding-period correspondence.
  • •Negotiate contract terms, manage administrative contract activities (e.g., bank guarantees, insurances, invoices), maintain contract records, and perform close-out of contractual matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 6–8 years of experience in pre-award and post-award contract management.
  • •Good knowledge of procurement regulations and industry standards.
  • •Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • •Strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
