Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately and engaging clients in courteous conversation.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking to improve their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by fulfilling or referring clients to branch specialists.
  • •Use integrated relationship management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including supporting new account openings and problem resolution.
