Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor KKR’s revolving credit portfolio by tracking portfolio company performance and assessing results against credit KPIs.
  • •Conduct financial and commercial risk assessment and feed findings into portfolio risk assessments.
  • •Perform ongoing valuation analysis, including Discounted Cash Flow, Relative Value, and Enterprise Value Waterfall assessments.
  • •Deliver quarterly Investment Committee reviews and prepare quarterly review materials.
  • •Engage with portfolio companies and third-party advisors to support financial updates, data collection, and strategic decisions (refinancings, restructurings, exits).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years relevant experience across investment banking, private equity, corporate/leveraged lending, corporate finance, restructuring, corporate audit and valuations.
  • •Portfolio and credit risk experience is highly valued.
  • •Strong financial modeling experience with ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • •Strong investing and financial acumen, with ability to analyze financial reporting and understand financial statements and deal structures.
  • •Relevant professional qualification (ACA, CFA, ACCA or similar).
