Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person/virtual interactions. Assess client banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to individual goals. Maintain knowledge of retail and digital banking services, provide an optimal client experience, and support branch partnerships while opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Requires NMLS registration and compliance with SAF E Act and Regulation Z.
