•Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily activities
•Actively contribute to store goals (budget and targets) and adapt to changes in strategy and action plans
•Organize and manage the store stock and deliveries, fostering team spirit and collaboration

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in multinational dynamic retail environments
•Knowledge of the main KPIs of retail trade
•Empathy and dynamism
•Results-oriented with the ability to adapt to strategic changes and new action plans from managers
•Teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate with colleagues
