Job Summary

Own SAP Service Parts Planning delivery for aftermarket spare parts, configuring SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA eSPP for complex demand patterns, forecasting, inventory balancing, and replenishment. Support system integration across SAP SD, MM, and EWM, and contribute to end-to-end implementation, testing, training, and go-live. Work closely with distribution center planning, including stocking decisions, safety stock, and EOQ, with shift flexibility and possible weekend support.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA eSPP to handle complex demand patterns, forecasting, inventory balancing, and replenishment.
•Analyze historical demand and apply predictive algorithms/machine learning for forecasting, especially for low-volume or sporadic parts.
•Set up inventory optimization decisions including stocking/non-stocking, safety stock, and EOQ using multi-echelon inventory optimization.
•Manage supply planning and deployment of parts across distribution centers, including planning purchase requisitions and stock transfers.
•Ensure integration between SPP and SAP SD (Sales), MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Warehouse Management), supporting implementation testing and go-live.
•Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP APO-SPP or S/4HANA extended Service Parts Planning.
•Strong knowledge of aftermarket supply chain, spare parts distribution networks, and BOM management.
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or SCM systems.
•Ability to configure and design solutions for forecasting, inventory balancing, and replenishment in SAP SPP/APO-SPP/eSPP.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, and issue resolution.
