Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and coach senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA to drive stronger outcomes.
  • •Help leaders build high-performing organizations by strengthening accountability and addressing performance challenges.
  • •Lead org design and transformation, guiding decisions on structure, roles, capabilities, and operating models.
  • •Project manage people initiatives with ER, Legal, Total Rewards, People Ops, HRIS, and People COEs.
  • •Use people data to identify trends and support international matters, including M&A activity within the client group.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of HR experience, including significant time as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting senior leaders.
  • •Experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions.
  • •Understanding of UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU employment nuances, with judgment to involve local experts or escalate.
  • •Credibility as a strategic advisor to executives, able to challenge, influence, and coach leaders effectively.
  • •Project management experience taking initiatives from ambiguity through implementation.
