Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Build & Deploy: Implement and maintain scalable, robust distributed software components and security controls that scale within Crusoe's CI/CD pipelines.
•Platform Security: Engineer and maintain robust PKI and Secrets Management solutions to secure infrastructure, identities, and sensitive configurations at scale.
•Data & Control Pipelines: Develop control integrations and data pipelines to collect, normalize, and manage security telemetry and risk posture across IAM, log streams, and vulnerability scanners.
•Metrics & Dashboards: Build metrics engines, real-time dashboards, and automated insights pipelines for continuous visibility into technical risk posture.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with platform engineering and security domain experts to deliver durable, operational solutions with full engineering ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of professional software development experience, with production experience in Go.
•3+ years deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production.
•Solid experience building high-QPS, distributed software applications or microservices.
•Strong hands-on experience operating in AWS or GCP and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
