Technician

Ensure timely, efficient execution of engineering duties to meet hotel objectives and follow established Kempinski policies. Train and instruct staff members, repair and adjust electrical and HVAC equipment, and handle related cosmetic items. Help conserve energy by identifying opportunities and reporting them to Engineering Management. Respond in emergencies to protect guests, employees, and building systems, and optimize maintenance costs while maintaining accident prevention and safety.
