Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates with a focus on Machine Learning and AI talent
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills, and qualifications
  • •Enhance and implement recruiting processes and programs to maintain an inclusive and high talent bar
  • •Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to map out long-term talent acquisition strategies across technical teams
  • •Elevate Anthropic’s employer brand within the research and science community to showcase mission, culture, and values

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 295,000

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting supporting core technical teams
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • •Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications
  • •Experience partnering with engineers and hiring talent that work on GenAI and LLMs
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
