Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial service functions including opening, closing, and maintaining checking, savings, time deposits, and IRAs.
  • •Assist clients with account inquiries, problem resolution, and customer file maintenance (e.g., name/address/product changes).
  • •Present and explain bank products and services, identify sales/referral opportunities, and work toward sales production goals.
  • •Oversee year-end reporting and banking-center level projects such as key box and safe deposit box key audits.
  • •Support Treasury Management by setting up new accounts and services; complete required daily logs and end-of-month log organization accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •0 to 3 years of New Account experience.
  • •Complete the Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan (Teller Learning Plan if applicable).
  • •Training in caller identification process and secure code, including BPM Training I–IV and DocuSign forms/templates.
  • •Strong understanding of simple deposit and loan products and services, including opening/closing consumer accounts and performing account maintenance.
