Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
  • •Supervise Manufacturing Technicians and Utilities Personnel to meet quality, production, cost, and delivery objectives, including performance evaluation and documentation.
  • •Maintain daily attendance and timecard updates in Kronos for technicians and utilities personnel, ensuring system accuracy.
  • •Lead or participate in process mapping, FMEA, and problem-solving initiatives to drive continuous improvement and waste elimination.
  • •Support new technology, product transfers, and product introductions; facilitate Lean, ISO procedures, and related operational excellence programs while coordinating capital plan projects and training others.
