Key Responsibilities

•Prepare basic deliverables and products including calculations, drawings, and specifications
•Set deadlines and assigns responsibilities
•Examine field conditions as required to support development and completion of projects
•Design mechanical systems including calculations of heating and cooling loads while adhering to the firm’s QA/QC process
•Select and layout mechanical equipment such as pumps, chiller, fans and boilers

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
•5 to 7 years of relevant post education experience in engineering and prior buildings mechanical design experience.
•Engineer in Training Certification.
•Comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of code compliance requirements and industry standards
•Strong organizational, prioritization, decision making and analytical skills
