Director, Business Operations

Build and run the operational infrastructure that enables an AI smart assistant to scale. Lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, and oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, and payroll/local requirements. Partner with recruiting, finance, legal, and administration while managing vendors and executing events, offsites, and logistics. Track initiatives and continuously improve processes for speed and reliability.
