Lead and/or senior electronic systems design, integration, analysis, and testing across multiple US locations. Own requirements decomposition, system architecture, verification strategies, and the end-to-end lifecycle from lab to flight for avionics and electronic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge aerospace programs. Expect on-site work with potential signing bonus and travel for some programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead requirements decomposition and traceability from customer need to testable design.
•Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements according to contract requirements and customer feedback
•Design hardware, software, and interface specifications
•Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts
•Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications
•Analyze, translate, and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle
•Define test and validation approach to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
•Troubleshoot integration and sustainment anomalies across hardware/software life cycles
•Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integrity and compliance with requirements
•Coordinate suppliers, test labs, and cross-discipline engineering to deliver on schedule and cost

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry)
• willingness to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region
•experience or demonstrated ability in requirements decomposition and traceability, system design and implementation for electronic/electrical systems
•ability to translate customer requirements into architectures and verification strategies
•capability to lead or contribute to design, test planning, integration, and problem solving across hardware/software lifecycles
