Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an area domain expert for OCT Dry Etch TIQ and partner with Micron FABs and suppliers globally.
  • •Drive multi-functional programs by defining scope, goals, timeline, and resource requirements with sponsors and partners.
  • •Develop and improve TIQ methodologies, tools, reporting, and business processes, including continual improvement and BKM alignment.
  • •Build metrics with clear linkage to strategic objectives, review site TIQ performance, and identify gaps/opportunities to meet BIC targets.
  • •Lead TIQ projects through the lifecycle and drive continuous improvement across safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and first-of-a-kind tool enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience.
  • •3+ years of experience with tool installation of Dry Etch equipment.
  • •Preferred hands-on experience in cost management.
  • •Good communication in English.
  • •Willing to travel.
