Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement business strategy for the Bottling Department to drive operational efficiency and growth.
  • •Manage annual operating and overhead budgets while executing action plans for efficiency and cost control.
  • •Lead and mentor managers, supervisors, and technical/business support staff to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • •Champion continuous improvement using Lean tools (changeovers, first-hour efficiency, OEE, and cost per case) and drive transformational initiatives to completion on time and within budget.
  • •Oversee ISO programs, corrective actions, and compliance with Occupational Health & Safety responsibilities, while collaborating with logistics and planning to meet inventory and customer service targets.
