  • •Experience supporting business change, operational readiness, incident management, or service transition activities in complex business and technology environments.
  • •Ability to analyse information, identify risks, and develop practical solutions that improve performance and control.
  • •Comfort collaborating with stakeholders across business, technology, and supplier communities to build effective working relationships.
  • •Beneficial experience with SAP, IT service management disciplines, Agile delivery approaches, Atlassian toolsets, and exposure to AI-enabled solutions and emerging technology governance.
