Job Summary

Transition new products from the product development (PD) environment into mass production within a pilot line. Lead design for excellence (DFX) activities, contribute to design review meetings, and manage PD & ELS tools and engineering change orders (ECOs). Provide support and troubleshooting for end-user issues via SOS calls, addressing both specific and systemic problems. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet quality and performance requirements.

•Oversee the transition of products from PD to mass production, ensuring all requirements are met.
•Actively participate in design review (DR) meetings to provide insights and feedback on product designs.
•Manage PD & ELS tools to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
•Lead design for excellence (DFX) activities to enhance product design, work methods, and infrastructure.
•Provide support and troubleshooting for end-user issues through SOS calls and manage new engineering change orders (ECOs) entering the production floor.

•Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of production and development processes.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or development environment, preferably within SEM product lines.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
