Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC mills, lathes, and 5-axis machines with minimal supervision during day shift
  • •Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills (up to 5-axis) and lathes
  • •Inspect parts using hand tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to verify dimensions and quality
  • •Set up tooling, adjust offsets, and perform changeovers to meet production demands
  • •Maintain tight tolerances for aerospace components, adhering to strict quality standards

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of CNC machining setup experience including manual mill, lathe, and 5-axis systems
  • •Proven ability to work independently or on off-shifts in a fast-paced production environment
  • •Strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation understanding
  • •Proficient with Fanuc, Brother, Haas, OSP, or Siemens machine controllers; familiar with basic G-Code and feed/speed adjustments
  • •High school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to work long day or night hours
