Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
•Check daily production orders for customer order fulfillment and ensure proper staffing before line start-up.
•Oversee team member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics, and promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
•Ensure machinery performance meets standards and confirm workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
•Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, proper product coding, and maintain records of reworked or returned product; oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
