Key Responsibilities

•Manage the insurance programs for an assigned corporate client portfolio and coordinate with internal functions (Verticals, Specialties, Claims, Consulting)
•Coordinate with the insurance market to achieve the best solutions and quotations for clients
•Liaise with internal Aon teams to ensure smooth placement and servicing of risks
•Operate in a hybrid setup with activity split between virtual work and Milan office
•Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships

Key Requirements

•Consolidated experience in the insurance sector with strong technical knowledge in damage lines
•Experience managing corporate client portfolios with independence in client management
•Strong data analysis and information processing abilities, good communication and teamwork
•Good command of English
•Good IT skills
