Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle help-desk tickets by triaging and resolving employee requests including password resets, access provisioning, and Slack/Google Workspace/Zoom troubleshooting.
  • •Manage the device lifecycle by procuring, provisioning, configuring, and shipping laptops for new hires, including off-boarding wipes/returns and accurate inventory.
  • •Run onboarding and offboarding by creating accounts, applying security profiles, preparing welcome communications, and ensuring employees are set up for day one.
  • •Administer Google Workspace by managing users, groups, aliases, and license assignments using the admin console and CLI tools.
  • •Support endpoint compliance and security by working with device trust tooling and deploying/enforcing endpoint security configurations and access controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 65,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have IT support experience from a help-desk or internal support role (or similar experience as the person others turn to).
  • •Be comfortable troubleshooting and managing macOS endpoints, including working in the terminal.
  • •Have familiarity with Google Workspace administration; CLI admin tooling experience is a plus.
  • •Understand networking fundamentals like DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN basics to handle connectivity issues.
  • •Have a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (endpoint security, encryption, and access controls).
