Job Summary

Provide financial insights and business control for a prefab concrete systems floors operation. Own the month-end close and reporting to CRH, including review, analysis, and accuracy. Prepare CRH-compliant financial reports, run forecasting, and analyze results and variances for management and plant teams. Act as a financial business partner for plant managers and support finance reviews, budgeting, investment proposals, and process improvement across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the monthly financial close and reporting, including review, analysis, and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
•Prepare financial reports for CRH in line with guidelines and deadlines.
•Perform monthly forecasting and monitor financial performance.
•Analyze results and variances and translate them into clear explanations for management and plant teams.
•Drive budgeting and cost control, investment proposals, and periodic financial reviews with plant management and budget holders.

Key Requirements

•An hbo degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field.
•Around 5 years of relevant work experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
•Hands-on mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
•Ability to operate independently while being a trusted partner for management and operations.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to give advice proactively and reactively.
