Key Requirements

  • •8+ years (Bachelor’s) or 6+ years (Master’s) experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with ASIC front-end methodology or large-scale SoC implementation environments.
  • •Strong experience governing ASIC front-end implementation methodologies and EDA tool flows, including tool versions, methodology releases, rulesets, and multi-project deployments.
  • •Understanding of RTL-to-GDS implementation flow areas such as synthesis, constraints, CDC, lint, DFT, STA, and physical design interactions.
  • •Experience partnering across multiple IPs/subsystems/chiplets/SoC programs with methodology governance responsibilities.
  • •Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead technical alignment and customer-facing discussions.
