Job Summary

Manage and optimize project portfolio management (PPM) toolsets (including Accolade and Cora) for New Product Development and portfolio workflows. Configure and tailor the tools to business needs, run audits and governance gates, troubleshoot and validate changes, and provide end-user training. Deliver KPI reporting and customized dashboards (e.g., Cycle time, Gate compliance, EAC) using Tableau/Power BI, and support planning activities like AOP, ZBB, and STRAP analysis.

•Manage and administer the PPM tool (e.g., Accolade/Cora) for project portfolio workflows.
•Configure/customize the PPM tool to align with business requirements and design portfolio solutions.
•Provide end-user training and support on tool usage.
•Troubleshoot the PPM tool, test/validate changes, and identify process improvements.
•Create and publish reporting/dashboards with KPI analysis (e.g., Cycle time, Gate compliance, EAC).

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of relevant experience in project/portfolio management.
•Hands-on experience with PPM tools such as Accolade, Cora, or similar platforms.
•Strong project management and analytical skills with KPI reporting.
•Knowledge of NPI / Product Development Life Cycle.
•B.E/IT or other engineering discipline (or equivalent engineering background).
