Loan Operations Admin II - Collateral Perfection

Create and maintain required ticklers for commercial loans, receive original loan documentation, and perform UCC/title perfection, including filings and searches to ensure lien placement. Monitor and administer cash collateral and life insurance policies used as collateral, verifying collateral holds, assignments, and coverage requirements remain enforceable and sufficient. Ensure all collateral is included in the loan file with quality, completeness, and accuracy, and respond to post-funding requests and special projects.
