Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage HVM and Technology Development and lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve process effectiveness.
  • •Promote worldwide BKM sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge.
  • •Provide technical and hands-on support to HVM sites to identify and deploy best solutions in safety, productivity, cost of ownership, process efficiency, quality defense, and yield improvement initiatives.
  • •Partner with suppliers to develop the process and equipment roadmap aligned to Micron’s technology roadmap.
  • •Prioritize and lead multiple projects based on fab and corporate objectives, and keep collaborators informed of status, progress, and roadblocks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of experience working as a CMP Process/Equipment Senior Engineer.
  • •Strong people and collaboration skills to lead global site alignment efforts using BKMs.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain self-motivated.
  • •Dependability and effectiveness in multi-functional teams across organizational boundaries.
