Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for Connected Warfare, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against targets.
  • •Act as a strategic talent partner to divisional leaders, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies and reporting hiring health, pipeline velocity, and risks.
  • •Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for the division’s most critical and complex production roles, including senior leadership hires and hard-to-fill positions.
  • •Align and coach the centralized production recruiting team’s day-to-day priorities without formal people management responsibility, including pipeline reviews and intake meetings.
  • •Design and lead surge hiring initiatives and serve as the single escalation point for hiring blockers, process breakdowns, and stakeholder misalignment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recent full-cycle production or technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • •Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight while managing complex hiring portfolios and ambiguous situations.
