Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and an excellent offboarding experience.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, guiding progressive discipline, and coordinating appropriate resources.
  • •Independently lead client and external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and support offboarding activities and audits, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements and automation initiatives across offboarding and employee relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
