Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve Williams brand visual identity, voice, and storytelling; lead refreshed brand and positioning across every touchpoint.
  • •Set creative direction for advertising campaigns and brand storytelling, protecting brand integrity from concept through production.
  • •Own brand and corporate sponsorship strategy and activation across partners and events to build reputation and community connection.
  • •Build, scale, and govern the brand system (standards, templates, creative frameworks) to keep Williams consistent across teams and channels.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow the in-house studio team (photographers, videographers, designers, producers, events managers, digital/social strategists) and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of progressive creative leadership experience, including building or scaling an in-house studio, brand team, or agency.
  • •At least 5 years managing creatives.
  • •Demonstrated track record leading brand refresh, repositioning, and brand governance in a complex organization.
  • •Strong people leadership with experience developing talent and building high-output teams.
