Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the SEIT IPT to develop and maintain the systems engineering baseline, including specification decomposition, requirements tracing, and digital engineering artifacts.
  • •Oversee integration and test plan development to validate that the SLCM-N system meets derived requirements and supports qualification test plans for SVR.
  • •Serve on the Phase 2 contract proposal team as the lead for SEIT task scope aligned to program objectives.
  • •Use EVMS methodologies to track and manage program scope, cost, and schedule, including EAC and LRE development and sign-off.
  • •Build and lead the IPT organization with delegated sub-IPTLs/CAMs and serve as primary customer interface with Navy program office counterparts.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
