Lead Workday PSA and integrated Applications across a global organization, acting as the subject matter expert to support issues, develop solutions, and deploy enhancements. Partner with Workday resources and vendors to extend PSA capabilities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, governance-driven processes that enable better decision making and value realization across WPPS. Key Responsibilities

•Be the WPP subject matter expert on Workday PSA and integrated applications.
•Build the capability to make changes without support from our Workday partners.
•Resolve assigned tickets for Workday PSA and integrated applications.
•Develop assigned enhancements from concept to delivery working with other functional Workday resources.
•Maintain expertise on new functionality/features/capabilities in Workday and wider industry/PSA/technology trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7-10 years global ERP support experience in a complex organization and ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively to meet customer expectations.
•Strong technical knowledge of configuration, reporting and integrations in Workday.
•Outstanding understanding of professional services processes and systems in a global organisation.
•Team leadership and mentoring a growing team, with the ability to inspire and coach across geographical boundaries.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
