Key Responsibilities

  • •Formally supervise, coach, and develop a work group/team.
  • •Manage and lead 2 Scrum teams, driving best practices and culture in day-to-day ways-of-working.
  • •Conduct effective 1:1s and ensure compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes.
  • •Provide strategic leadership for applications/systems and coach engineering teams on software-development methodologies.
  • •Plan, develop, and execute projects to meet business needs, manage risks/barriers, and coordinate audit controls and PCI requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of overall IT experience across the development lifecycle and experience building relationships with business clients.
  • •1+ year of people management experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot applications and prior work with Oracle.
  • •Experience building Splunk dashboards or other monitoring tools.
  • •Experience managing Scrum/Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and project planning techniques using automated tools.
