Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead software development teams delivering secure, scalable fintech applications across the full lifecycle from backlog to monitoring and iteration.
  • •Drive agile delivery management and DevSecOps practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement for delivery outcomes.
  • •Ensure responsible integration of AI/ML capabilities (Generative AI and Agentic AI) with data governance, explainability, and financial regulatory compliance.
  • •Own system architecture and design decisions for complex products, translate user requirements into system designs, and guide best practices for debugging, automation, and code review.
  • •Manage releases/estimation, monitor incident resolution and major incidents, define monitoring and data analysis standards, and mentor engineering talent to improve reliability and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 4+ years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years (preferred) with a Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • •Proven experience leading software engineering teams in fintech, payments, or banking technologies/software systems.
  • •Experience with requirements gathering, system design, and architecture for complex software solutions, including agile delivery and DevSecOps.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale application development, code review/debugging, and test planning/execution/automation; strong incident response experience.
