Job Summary

Build, test, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity. Create test plans and cases, define automation data needs across systems, and coordinate test data. Execute performance tests to meet expected automation performance. Investigate and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff, while documenting automation capabilities and operating procedures and supporting feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities.

•Test, design, script, implement, maintain, and modify robotics process and desktop automations.
•Create comprehensive test plans and test cases and define automation data needs across systems.
•Execute performance tests to ensure automation performance meets expectations.
•Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems, sometimes by leading clients and technical staff.
•Document automation capabilities and operating procedures; estimate timelines, project tasks, and costs; assess feasibility for new automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

•Thorough knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, software development life cycle, application design and architecture, and implementation/change controls.
