Job Summary

Work within the Client Services team to support institutional and professional retail clients worldwide. You’ll handle enquiries across email, ticket, live chat, and phone, educate clients on proprietary trading systems and administrative portals, and guide them through the trading cycle from funding to margin and statements reconciliation. When issues arise, take ownership by troubleshooting, following up, escalating, and coordinating with teams across Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, and Clearing.

•Handle client enquiries via email, ticket, live chat, and phone calls
•Learn and explain proprietary trading systems and administrative portals to support a self-service, automated model
•Help clients understand the full trading cycle including funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statements reconciliation
•Troubleshoot client issues and take ownership through follow-up, escalation, and cross-team coordination
•Liaise with internal groups including Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, and Clearing to resolve client matters

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree
•2-3 years of customer service and/or financial service experience (fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate core competencies)
•Preferably licensed with SFC for RA type 1, 2, or 3 (or able to obtain it by taking licensing paper exams shortly after joining)
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Bloomberg and UNIX and/or basic programming experience is a plus
•Prior experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading, and fund administration will be prioritized
